Children’s views on climate change

See some artwork by children from the developing world indicating the effects (and causes) of climate change. The drawings were on display at the recent United Nations Climate Change Conference in Bali, Indonesia.

[Unfortunately, these pictures have disappeared from Oxfam's site. Sorry.]

  1. Joe Becket says:

Teaching people on the dangers of climate change for children and young people is important. I feel information needs to be inspiring and relevant and should illustrate the consequences of climate change. Schools are not doing enough to tackle climate change. Active steps need to be taken by schools to educate pupils. Schools should be leading the way in tackling climate change by setting a good example to pupils. I believe that Government needs to be doing more to improve public transport by making it greener, more regular and cheaper.
