This week’s movie is a trailer for a disturbing documentary, Uncounted - The New Math of American Elections.

From UncountedTheMovie.com:

This controversial feature length film by Emmy award-winning director David Earnhardt examines in factual, logical, and yet startling terms how easy it is to change election outcomes and undermine election integrity across the U.S. Noted computer programmers, statisticians, journalists, and experienced election officials provide the irrefutable proof.

The blurb on YouTube continues:

… the election fraud changed the outcome of the 2004 election [and] led to even greater fraud in 2006 — and now looms as an unbridled threat to the outcome of the 2008 election!

The first mathematics that most of us ever do is counting. It is extraordinary that in the US, that so-called bastion of democracy, there are serious questions about the election process. They used computerised touch-screen voting machines, but there were serious questions raised by computer experts regarding the reliability of those machines.

This is serious stuff, especially considering all the other lies peddled by the Bush administration.

There is a link to the full documentary below this trailer.

Here’s the complete documentary. Catch it before it disappears from Google video (I imagine there are copyright issues here…)

Why haven’t Bush, Cheney and the supporting cast of criminals been indicted?
