How differently? Lecturers and teachers are now powerless and the situation is getting worse.

If something is not done, and it has to be done school wide with parents heavily involved in proper child development, we are going to end up with murders/massacares in classrooms.

I beleive tough new measures has to be enforced in controlling unruly students.

    How?

Start them young. Teach them moral values and how to behave in public, etc.

Educate parents on how to raise children.

Teachers be given powers to discipline students in and out of the classroom. How ? Can bring them on field trips to Boys Home, Prisons and maybe leave the notorious ones behind. (Just kidding).

There are more but I will leave for now.

    Regards.
