No IE

No IE

I am developing a new site for work. We are using WordPress and will be using it basically as a content management system.

Everything was going well (rearranging pages, fixing links, adding favicon, messing with colours, etc) and I then checked it in IE. Wak – things were all over the place – DIVs were out of alignment, or too big. Images were not showing in the excerpts. Also, the links were not behaving – the URL showing in the address bar was always the root of the site – not where we actually were. Grrrr… :-(

After quite a bit of trial and error, I found it was some floating div problems. Only an issue in IE – all other browsers were okay.

Stop IE
